Birthday Parties


Give your child a party they will remember forever!
For Boys and Girls between the ages of 5 and 12

Our super facility and awesome staff will keep your guests excited, energized, and entertained!! Our impressive obstacle course includes the trampoline, giant slide, "the pit", and much, much more!!

PARTY INCLUDES

  • One hour of organized games and activities tailored to the age of the children attending the party.
  • Thirty minutes in the party room for refreshments.
  • Two Tables (2.5’x 6’) with bench seating are provided. Additional Chairs are available.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Due to liability restrictions, only children with a signed waiver form will be allowed to participate in the gym activities.

Waiver forms will be supplied for each child attending the party (unless our invitations containing the waiver form are purchased). You can also print the waiver and directions below.

Access to the party room for setup is available 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. (setup can be done the full hour the kids are in the gym)

If you require additional time in the conference room, the 1 1/2 hour can be divided: 45 minutes in the gym and 45 minutes in the conference room.

One (1) adult is permitted in the gym in order to take pictures and/or to record video.

Decorations, food, etc. are the responsibility of the parents.
Party Particulars

COST:
Club Members, $150.00 for up to 15 children
(each additional child $10.00 - maximum of 24)
Non-members, $200.00 for up to 15 children
(each additional child $10.00 - maximum of 24)
DEPOSIT:
The deposit is payable to "Ricochets Gymnastics", and is due with the party request form. You will be contacted within one week to confirm your party date. If the requested date cannot be accommodated by the gym, a full refund will be issued. Any party cancellations or changes in date will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

Members, $50.00
Non-members, $100.00
BALANCE:
The balance is due at the conclusion of the party and must be paid in CASH, directly to your party instructors.
CONFIRMATION:
Please contact the office (215-328-0900) one week prior to your party date with the confirmed number of children attending, so that we may staff your party appropriately.
INVITATIONS:

$.50 each.

Invitations provide a RSVP postcard, directions, and the waiver form that is required for each child attending the party.  These invitations help to insure that you receive the waiver form back in a timely manner. They can be purchased at the front desk.
